Personalized In-Home Care Services Now Available to Families on Oahu
Native Hawaiian Jacob Chan and wife Lindsay announce the launch of Hawaiian Legacy Home Care, a family-owned company deeply rooted in the local community, which is now serving families with home care services. Built on the values of integrity, dignity, and compassion, the home care agency was created with a clear purpose: to provide high-quality, culturally connected care that helps kūpuna and individuals with disabilities live with independence, respect, and a sense of belonging.
“We are proud to bring home care services to Oahu. This is where my family calls home and where we know other families need health services and support,” Jacob Chan, Founder of Hawaiian Legacy Care said. “This is more than a business—it's a commitment to our kūpuna, ensuring they thrive in an environment that respects their legacy and nurtures their future.”
The heart behind Hawaiian Legacy Care is husband-and-wife team Jacob and Lindsay Chan. Jacob, a former EMT with strong ties to the community, and Lindsay, a registered nurse, with a decade of experience, known for her compassionate care, didn’t just want to start another business. They wanted to build something meaningful—something that offers real support to families and makes a difference in the lives of those who need it most.
Hawaiian Legacy Home Care will provide personalized in-home services tailored to meet the unique needs of seniors and individuals with disabilities. These services are designed to help families feel supported with access to personal care assistance, respite care, homemaker assistance, and disability support.
